NOTICE OF WORKSHOP GRAMERCY FARMS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the of the Gramercy Farms Community Development District will hold a workshop on December 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., at the Gramercy Farms Playground located at Fieldwood Circle, St. Cloud, Florida 34772. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss landscaping improvements and other matters related to the District. No Board action will be taken during this workshop. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines.
