12/4/2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, that the City Commission will conduct a public hearing on Ordinance No. 25-2278, on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Longwood City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and to consider the proposed amendment. The proposed amendment affects the use of land within the municipal limits of the City of Longwood. ORDINANCE NO. 25-2278 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LONGWOOD CITY CODE SECTION 2-2 (j) GOVERNING APPEALS OF TRESPASS WARNINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.At this meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the request. This hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is complete.
