CITY OF EDGEWOOD Notice of Public Hearing 2 nd and Final Reading of Ordinance On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Edgewood City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber, 405 Bagshaw Way, Edgewood, FL 32809 on the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 2025-13 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWOOD, AMENDING CHAPTER 126, SUBDIVISIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF EDGEWOOD, TO REVISE THE MANDATORY REPAVING REQUIREMENT FOR PRIVATE STREETS IN GATED NEIGHBORHOODS TO A MANDATORY PAVING NEEDS ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Ordinances may be inspected by the public in the Office of the City Clerk, 405 Bagshaw Way, Edgewood, FL. Interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made during the hearing will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
