INVITATION TO BID BID DATE: Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET PROJECT: Lake Howell High School Auditorium Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Seminole State County Public Schools and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of the Lake Howell High School Auditorium. The project consists of building a new auditorium for the high school. The work includes but is not limited to , concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, millwork, roofing, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, division 10 specialties, equipment, window shades, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Walkthrough is scheduled for has been schedule for Wednesday December 10 th at 2:00 pm at Lake Howell High school. Bids will be received at the office of Wharton-Smith, Inc., located at 750 Monroe Road, Sanford, FL 32771 no later than the date and time prescribed above. Bids may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to comest@whartonsmith.com. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be subject to rejection. Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Firms utilizing the required Form of Proposal included in the Bid Package. The RFI deadline is December 12, 2025. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
