12/07/2025 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA The City of Oviedo proposes to consider the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 1762 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF OVIEDO, SPECIFICALLY ARTICLE II ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE III DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS, ORDERS, AND PERMITS, ARTICLE IV ZONING DISTRICTS AND REGULATIONS, ARTICLE V OTHER SPECIFIC USES AND STRUCTURES, ARTICLE VII NON-CONFORMING SITUATIONS, ARTICLE XI. STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, ARTICLE XII LANDSCAPING, TREE PLANTING, AND BUFFER REQUIREMENTS, ARTICLE XIII PARKING, ARTICLE XIV SIGNS, ARTICLE XV ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION, ARTICLE XVII RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPEN SPACE, ARTICLE XVIII BASIC DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND INTENT; CONFLICTS; SEVERABILITY; CODIFICATION AS WELL AS THE CORRECTION OF SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE LOCATION MAP A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, before the City of Oviedo Local Planning Agency beginning at 6:30 PM. The public hearing will be held in the City of Oviedo City Council Chambers, 400 Alexandria Boulevard, Oviedo, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard. The ordinance and its supporting documents may be reviewed on or after Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Development Services Department, City Hall Annex Building, 320 Alexandria Boulevard, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays.
