PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE ORANGE CENTER K8 CONVERSION REPURPOSE PROJECT

The School Board of Orange County, Florida, announces that Architectural and Engineering Services are required for the project listed below.

PROJECT NAME AND NUMBER: Orange Center K8 Conversion Repurpose Project, RFQ 2530PS

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Architectural and Engineering Services.

PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING: December 16, 2025, 10:00 a.m., via WebEx.

Meeting information will be posted on VendorLink.

Attendance is not mandatory.

Requirements: Interested firms are required to comply with all requirements of the Request for Qualification (RFQ). Furthermore, all Notices concerning this solicitation and award shall be posted to the aforementioned website. These Notices shall include, but are not limited to, shortlisting meeting dates and times, presenting meeting dates and times, presenting the intended decision, and providing decision information.
