NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida will at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, January 5, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical, and in the Commission Chambers at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 4100, Kissimmee, Florida, consider and act on the following proposed County Agreement. Access to the meeting is also being provided telephonically. Please call (407) 205-0551 Code 301797 to listen to the meeting.

The Development Agreement, with KB Home Orlando LLC (Developer) for the design, permitting, right-of-way dedication, and construction of approximately 0.25-miles of Framework Road Improvements (Westside Boulevard) generally located south of W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, north of Bella Citta Boulevard, west of S Goodman Road, and east of US Highway 27. The total cost of the Framework Road Improvements including right of way is $761,474.43, with the Jurisdiction responsible for $755,568.66 ($478,193.78 for construction, $229,591.80 for roadway right of way, and $47,783.08 for pond right of way). The purpose of the public meeting is to consider whether it is in the publics best interest to accept the proposal and enter into an agreement pursuant thereto.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, a record of the proceeding will be needed, and for such purposes, it may be needed to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
