Notice of Workshop Change for the Avalon Groves Community Development District Board of Supervisors NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Avalon Groves Community Development District that the Board of Supervisors (Board) will hold its January workshop on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Palms at Serenoa Clubhouse, 17244 Bay Cedar Way, Clermont, FL 34714. At such times the Board may discuss any business that may properly come before it, but will not take any action outside of a regular Board meeting. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, located at Vesta District Services, 205 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, FL 32746, Ph: (321) 263-0132 during normal business hours or on the Avalon Groves Community Development Districts website: www.avalongrovescdd.org seven days in advance of the meeting. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District staff may participate by speaker telephone.
