NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RESOLUTION NO. 2026-002R

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, at a meeting to be held on January 8, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida at 6:30 p.m., will consider the adoption of Resolution No. 2026-002R entitled:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLOUD, FLORIDA, GRANTING A SUBDIVISION VARIANCE TO REDUCE FRONT YARD SETBACKS ON A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SUBDIVISION CONSTRUCTION PLAN IN THE R-1B ZONING DISTRICT ON THE +/- 42.57 ACRES OF LAND KNOWN AS TYSON RESERVE (VAR24-00001), GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF K C DURHAM ROAD, EAST OF NORA TYSON ROAD, AND WEST OF CHATSWORTH CIRCLE, AS DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION.

Interested parties may appear at the meeting at which time this RESOLUTION is to be considered and shall be heard with respect to the proposed RESOLUTION at the Public Hearing thereon. This RESOLUTION in its entirety can be reviewed at the City Clerk's office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Committee/Board, with respect to any matter considered at such hearing/meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for this purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, and which record is not provided by the City of St. Cloud.
