NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday January 12, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall,1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following: ORDINANCENO. 1453 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, A PART OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE MAITLAND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF MAITLAND BOULEVARD AND WEST OF TRELAGO WAY, FURTHER DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT 3 OF MAITLAND CONCOURSE NORTH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
