NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed or Electronic Bids, shall be received by GRAY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. as Construction Manager for the Gilchrist County School District, until Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at the Office of GRAY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. - 222 WEST WADE STREET, TRENTON, FL 32693, at which time and place all bids received shall be publicly opened, or printed, and documented.

PROJECT - BELL HIGH SCHOOL AGRICULTURAL BUILDING RENOVATIONS

BID PACKAGES -

DEMOLITION, CONCRETE, MASONRY, JOINT SEALERS, FRAMING, STUCCO, DOORS & FRAMES, OVERHEAD DOORS, PAINTING, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL

All work shall be done according to the Contract Documents - Drawings and Specifications and Conditions, as prepared by CRA ARCHITECTS. The project will follow State of Florida, Department of Education requirements for Construction.
