NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Dated January 1, 2026 Notice is hereby given that on January 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Carl T. Langford Board Room located at One Jeff Fuqua Blvd., Orlando, Florida, 32827, a public hearing, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code), will be held by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the Authority), with respect to the application of the proceeds of certain revenue bonds or notes issued by the Public Finance Authority (PFA), as airport exempt facility bonds, as defined in Section 142(a)(1) of the Code, in one or more series from time to time, pursuant to a plan of financing (the Obligations), the proceeds of which are being loaned to SHOLA LLC (the Borrower), an affiliate of Sky Harbour Capital II LLC, or one or more subsidiaries or other affiliates thereof (collectively, Sky Harbour) to finance the project described below (the Project). A. Owner: Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. B. Initial Occupant/Borrower: SHOLA LLC, Sky Harbour or another affiliate thereof C. Description of Project: This project includes the development of a general aviation and storage facility, comprising 9 hangars and a fixed base operations terminal aggregating approximately 162,900 square feet. D. Project Location: Orlando Executive Airport, Rickenbacker Drive, Orlando, Florida. E. Maximum amount of Obligations to be issued with respect to the Project: $100,000,000. At the public hearing, any and all persons in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed Project and the issuance of the Obligations therefor. The public hearing is being held by the Authority and notice thereof is published in accordance with Section 147(f) of the Code and regulations promulgated thereunder. The Obligations will be special limited obligations of PFA payable by PFA solely from the loan repayments to be made by the Borrower to PFA. None of the Authority, the City of Orlando, the State of Florida nor any political subdivision thereof shall be obligated to pay the principal of or interest on the Obligations. The Obligations will not constitute an indebtedness or a general obligation of the Authority, the City of Orlando, or any municipal corporation or political subdivision of the State of Florida. The Obligations will not constitute a debt or liability of any member of PFA, the State of Wisconsin or any political subdivision or agency thereof.
