NOTICE OF BID ORLANDO GIFTED ACADEMY EARLY SITE & BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT PROJECT NO. 2025103 CONTRACT NO. RFQ 2412CM Pirtle Construction, the Construction Manager for Orange County Public Schools, Orlando Gifted Academy Early Site & Building Demolition, Project No. RFQ 2412CM is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors. An Outreach/Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is scheduled at the project site on 1/13/2026 at 10:00 AM. A prequalification package is available to interested subcontractors and vendors upon request at preconstruction@pirtleconstruction.com. The project is at 1121 N. Fern Creek Avenue, Orlando, FL, 32803. The project will consist of the complete demolition of the 9 +/- acre existing campus, including the removal of existing buildings, site infrastructure, utilities, & miscellaneous other items. The Project will also include remedial grading and site preparation for new building pads to support construction of the new campus. All bidders must submit their bids via email to preconstruction@pirtleconstruction.com by 5:00 PM on or before January 29, 2026.
