NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH" NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as may be continued from time to time in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 400 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009 to consider the following applications: PUBLIC HEARING 1.
