NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF EAST PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the Board) of the East Park Community Development District (District) will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Sun Blaze Elementary School, 9101 Randal Park Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32832. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct any and all business coming before the Board. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Inframark, IMS, 313 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747, (407) 566-1935 (District Managers Office). In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes, a portion of the meeting may be closed to the public, as it relates to details of the Districts security system plan. The closed session may occur at any time during the meeting and is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer. The meeting, including the closed executive session described above, will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and, other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. At the meeting, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone.
