notice A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Planning Board, City of Orlando, on TUESDAY, January 20, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in City Council Chambers, 400 S. The following items will be considered: 1) Chick-Fil-A Drive-Through Approximately 0.8 acres located at 2885 S. Orange Ave. A) Conditional Use Permit to expand a non-conforming use with an additional drive-through (Case #CUP2025-10024). 2) Jungle Room Approximately 0.3 acres located at 2322 Edgewater Dr. A) Conditional Use Permit to allow alcohol consumption within 1,000 ft. of a church (Case #CUP2025-10025). 3) 1600 Aaron Avenue Approximately 4.2 acres located at 1600 Aaron Ave. A) Change the Future Land Use designation from Public-Recreational-Institutional (PUB-REC-INST) to Residential Low Intensity (RES-LOW) (Case #GMP2025-10017). B) Planned Development rezoning to convert the former Quest site to a Community Assembly Public Benefit Use (Case #ZON2025-10010). 4) Starwood GMP Amendment Approximately 13.3 acres located at 13131 Wewahootee Rd. A) Change the Future Land Use designation from Office Low Intensity (OFFICE-LOW) to Conservation (CONSERV) within the Starwood Planned Development (Case #GMP2025-10018). 5) Shadowridge Industrial Approximately 11.7 acres located at 5300 Lee Vista Blvd. A) Change Future Land Use designation for a portion of the property from Neighborhood Activity Center to Industrial (Case #GMP2025-10019). B) Rezoning from Neighborhood Activity Center with Aircraft Noise Overlay District (AC-N/AN) to General Industrial with Aircraft Noise Overlay District (I-G/AN) (Case #ZON2025-10011). C) Master Plan for a small distribution/flex-space warehouse park (Case #MPL2025-10064). 6) GMP Refresh Land Development Code Amendment Citywide A) Amendment to Land Development Code Chapters 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 67, and 68 to update references and ensure consistency with the recently adopted Growth Management Plan updates (Case #LDC2025-10008). 7) Walmart Gas Station Approximately 1.1 acres located at 6095 S. Goldenrod Rd. A) Master Plan for a convenience store with gas sales on a Walmart outparcel (Case #MPL2025-10054). 8) Starwood Neighborhood 12 Approximately 18.1 acres located at 13131 Wewahootee Rd. A) Master Plan for a 95-dwelling unit development consisting of 49 single-family homes and 46 townhomes (Case #MPL2025-10062). Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Economic Development Dept., City Planning Division, 6th Floor, Orlando City Hall, 400 S.
