The Sole Trustee, called this meeting to order and affirmed that officially on November 12, 2025 at 3:30 PM, the trustee received the Intangible Property, herein known as non-Uniform Commercial Code lien filing and Uniform Commercial Code Amendment filing in the Circuit Court & Comptroller in the County of COBB in the State of GEORGIA, now held in express trust.
