PUBLIC NOTICENotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Winter Park, Florida, on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and February 11, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter at Winter Park City Hall at 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida. In lieu of physically attending in person, members of the public may participate in this meeting by attending virtually by following the instructions located at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/. You may contact the City Clerks Office at 407-599-3277 for assistance in setting up virtual attendance of the meeting. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PARTIAL TERMINATION OF THE PLAT DEDICATED SIX FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT CREATED BY THE DOMMERICH COVE PLAT RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2923 COVE TRAIL AND HAVING ORANGE COUNTY TAX PARCEL NUMBER 29-21-30-2122-00-140; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND RECORDING. Further, this advertisement constitutes a notice of the applicants intent to seek a partial vacation of a plat pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes. This notice is deemed to be attached to the applicants petition.All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
