This meeting shall commence at an open meeting and then will move into the attorney-client session limited in attendance to: the Ranger Drainage District attorneys from Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A.: Kevin Hennessy, Seth Behn, and John Cavaliere; District Supervisors: David Mauck, Mike Nolan, and Russell Beyersdorf; District General Manager, Dawn Mullins; and, a court reporter who will transcribe the full proceedings. The meeting transcription will be made part of the public record for release at the conclusion of the litigation. The client attorney session will be for the purpose of discussing: settlement negotiations and strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures in the following court case: Ranger Drainage District v.
