I, MARZUKI, SANDRILIANA also known as RADEN AYU SANDRILIANA (affiant), a Texas National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, County of SEMINOLE, State of FLORIDA, which she recognizes and intends to maintain as her permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 705 Woodlawn Dr, Winter Springs, Florida, and that she formerly resided at 6500 CAMPUS CIR DR E, (city) IRVING (state) TEXAS, but that her abode in Florida constitutes her predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that she affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official certificate of naturalization pertaining to a registered owner named (SANDRILIANA MARZUKI) in said certificate of title showing the date of naturalization of said registered owner (SANDRILIANA MARZUKI), providing there is attached to said naturalization certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said naturalization certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (SANDRILIANA MARZUKI) as having attained the age of the majority. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the KERATON EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 44858133, dated DECEMBER 16, 2023. Affiant further declares that SANDRILIANA MARZUKI or the SANDRILIANA FAMILY OF MARZUKI ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Florida, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
