NOTICE OF TIME CHANGE FOR THE REGULAR MEETING

OVEROAKS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Two regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Overoaks Community Development District previously scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m., has been rescheduled and will now begin at 6:00 p.m. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and April 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hart Memorial Library located at 211 E Dakin Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34741, to discuss the Agenda and business items of the Overoaks Community Development District.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for this special meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager by mail at 313 Campus Street, Celebration FL 34747, by telephone at 407-566-1935, or by visiting the Districts website www.overoakscdd.org. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the special meeting. There may be occasions when Supervisors or staff will participate by communication media technology.
