AFFIDAVIT OF DOMICILE / CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP

I, BROSSEAU, RITA THAWNG JAN also known as RITA LUNA LILIUM LADY OF HONOLULU (affiant), a Hawaii Resident declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of HURST, County of TARRANT, State of TEXAS, which she recognizes and intends to maintain as her permanent home; affiant declares that she also maintains a residence at 417 S King St, Honolulu, HI 96813, and that she formerly resided at 1 Jarrett White Rd, TRIPLER AMC, 96859 HAWAII, but that her abode in Texas constitutes her predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that she affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (RITA THAWNG JAN BROSSEAU) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (RITA THAWNG JAN BROSSEAU), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that she is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (RITA THAWNG JAN BROSSEAU) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the LUNA LILIUM EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 151-80007552, dated JUNE 23, 1980. Affiant further declares that RITA THAWNG JAN BROSSEAU or the RITA THAWNG JAN FAMILY OF BROSSEAU ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Texas, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.

I, Brosseau, Rita Thawng Jan also known as Rita Luna Lilium Lady of Honolulu, declare, state, verify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the above statements are true and correct, and with nothing further to state, I have affixed my seal, mark or signature below.
