AFFIDAVIT OF DOMICILE / CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP

COUNTY OF RICHMOND

I, ERHABOR, EKIROGUAGHEN OSAROBO also known as OSAROBO OSANOBUA OF RICHMOND (affiant), a New Yorker National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of NEW JERSEY, County of UNION, State of NEW JERSEY, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 26 Central Ave, Staten Island, NY 10301, and that he formerly resided at 355 Bard Avenue, Staten Island New York 10313 (city) STATEN ISLAND (state) NEW YORK, but that his abode in New York constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (Ekiroguaghen Osarobo Erhabor) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (Ekiroguaghen Osarobo Erhabor), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (Ekiroguaghen Osarobo Erhabor) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the SAPIENTIA DEI EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 24057054-1, dated January 1st, 2004. Affiant further declares that Ekiroguaghen Osarobo Erhabor or the EKIROGUAGHEN OSAROBO FAMILY OF ERHABOR ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of New York, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.

I, Erhabor, Ekiroguaghen Osarobo also known as OSAROBO OSANOBUA OF RICHMOND, declare, state, verify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the above statements are true and correct, and with nothing further to state, I have affixed my seal, mark or signature below.
