I, VALENTIN, DELISSA also known as ELIZABETH CORTEZ RODRIGUEZ (affiant), a Floridian National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of EASTANOLLEE, County of STEPHENS, State of GEORGIA, which she recognizes and intends to maintain as her permanent home; affiant declares that she also maintains a residence at 3916 Liberty Hill Road, Eastanollee Georgia 30538 and that she formerly resided at 1350 NW 14TH STREET (city) MIAMI (state) FLORIDA, but that her abode in Georgia constitutes her predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that she affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (DELISSA VALENTIN) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (DELISSA VALENTIN), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that she is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (DELISSA VALENTIN) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the VALENTIN LEGACY EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 24014853-1, dated FEBUAURY 09, 2024. Affiant further declares that DEALISSA VALENTIN or the DELISSA FAMILY OF VALENTIN ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of GEORGIA, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
