NOTICE OF MEETING

PORTOFINO VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Portofino Vista Community Development District will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the Portofino Vista Clubhouse, 3545 Allegra Circle, Saint Cloud, Florida. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the Districts website: portofinovistacdd.com/ or from the District Manager at 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801; (407) 841-5524. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors, Staff or other individuals will participate by telephone.
