NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING BY

TOHOPEKALIGA WATER AUTHORITY

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Please be advised that the Board of Supervisors (the Board) of the Tohopekaliga Water Authority, an independent special district, established and created pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature (Toho), has scheduled a special meeting: Review and Approval of the 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, to take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 5.00pm .

The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of Supervisors to focus on the 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and to discuss any other matters the Board may deem necessary.

All persons interested are invited to attend and any person deciding to Appeal any final decision of the Board, with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting, will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
