This Affidavit of Fictitious Business Name Statement (the "Affidavit") is issued to formally record and affirm the existence and operations of this Express Trust and its associated fictitious business names as recognized by the governing bodies of this Trust, including but not limited to all Corporation Soles and the State of Florida.

I.

Receipt and Registration of Property

The Sole Trustee convened the meeting and confirmed that, on October 9, 2023, the Trustee officially received the intangible property identified as the 'Affidavit of Fictitious Business Name Statement to be held in Trust. Said property was published in a local municipality newspaper and recorded with the appropriate county recorder's office, including but not limited to the Okeechobee County Recorder's Office.

II.

Beneficial Interest Exchange

The Trustee approved the initial exchange of the specific property for one hundred (100) units of Beneficial Interest, herein referred to as Trust Certificate Units (TCUs). These TCUS are held under this Indenture by the Trustees on behalf of the Beneficiaries, also recognized as Members of the NEXUS DEJURE EXPRESS TRUST, doing business as NATHANIEL PRINCE, The Dux of Okeechobee.

III.

Duties of the Trustee

The Trustee shall faithfully perform the following ongoing duties and responsibilities in accordance with the terms and principles of the Trust:

a. Maintain accurate and complete minutes of all future business and Board of Trustee meetings.

b. Act in the best interest of all Trust Certificate Unit Holders through diligent and prudent recordkeeping of all certificate transfers and business activities related to the Trust and its beneficiaries
