The Sole Trustee (Second Party), known as Acuna, Ana Isabel, serving on the Board of Trustees of NEXUS DEJURE EXPRESS TRUST, an Irrevocable Express Trust Organization established on October 9, 2023, at 7:00AM, and duly filed and recorded in the Organic Public Record of Okeechobee County Recorder's Office in the State of Florida, hereby declares under oath and authority vested in the Trust, with acknowledgment before the County Clerk of Court (recognized as an immigration officer of a naturalization court under Title 8 U.S.C. 1101(7)), that the following solemn declaration shall be recorded and presented to any court established under the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to any court of record within the Commonwealth, as a formal statement of nationality and intent.
Public Law 99396 - Oath of Allegiance (AUG. 27, 1986)
I Acuna, Ana Isabel, do hereby affirm and declare the following under oath: Let it be known to all Immigration Clerks, Homeland Security officials, Secretaries of State, Supreme Court Judges, and all officers of record that I am, now and forever, a Free Inhabitant and Native Colombian National pursuant to Public Law 99-396 (August 27, 1986), Section 16. I am not a citizen of the United States, but rather a private non-U.S. national. I have entered into a Private Express Trust Contract for the management and protection of property located at 2609 South Federal Highway Ste 1095 Fort Pierce, FL 34982, within the continental United States of America, under the NEXUS DEJURE EXPRESS TRUST, duly filed and recorded with the appropriate County Clerk of Court.
Further, I engage in authorized international and interstate business activities under the designation of B-1 Temporary Business Visitorship, allowing lawful participation in commercial and professional activities including, but not limited to:
Consulting with business associates
Traveling for scientific, educational, professional, or business conventions and conferences
Settling an estate
Negotiating contracts
Participating in short-term professional training programs
Transiting through the United States
Deadheading for authorized business travel
Constitutional Protections for Trustees
TAKE EQUITABLE NOTICE: Trustees of an Express Trust are recognized under the Constitution as natural persons and are protected as 'citizens' within the meaning of Article IV, Section 2, of the Constitution of the United States. Such trustees are entitled to all privileges and immunities accorded to citizens throughout the several states, as established in Paul v. Virginia, 75 U.S. 168 (1868).

TAKE EQUITABLE NOTICE: Pursuant to the Florida Constitution, Declaration of Rights, Section All persons who are or who may hereafter become bona fide residents of this State shall enjoy the same rights in respect to the possession, enjoyment, and inheritance of property as native-born citizens.
TAKE EQUITABLE NOTICE: To all court officials, county officers, city and district representatives Article I, Section 10, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States provides that: 'No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.'
There being no further business before the Board, on motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM.
