NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Judgment of foreclosure dated April 2, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE-25-007347 of the Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida, GALT OCEAN MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and JUSTIN FRIEDLE, SANDRA BEATRIZ FRIEDLE et al., all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described as defendants, Brenda D. Forman, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.broward.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 21st day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

Condominium Parcel Number 511, of Ocean Manor Condominium, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium thereof as amended, recorded in Official Records Book 9749 at Page 39 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

A/K/A 4040 Galt Ocean Drive, Unit 511, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
