ARCHITECT ASSISTANT — Miami, FL Victorem Holding Inc

Join our team as an Architectural Designer and play a key role in shaping innovative, sustainable projects from concept through construction. You will assist in developing architectural designs and design concepts while collaborating with project teams and coordinating across disciplines to achieve integrated design solutions. You will supervise the preparation of detailed architectural drawings using CADD software and contribute to construction documentation. Your role includes reviewing design documents for accuracy, supporting quality control processes, and conducting site visits and surveys to analyze conditions that inform design decisions.

You will serve as a liaison between architects and construction professionals, monitoring projects throughout all phases — from concept to completion. Additional responsibilities include researching architectural trends, materials, and construction methods; integrating sustainable design solutions; and supervising the creation of 3D models and visualizations for presentations and client communications. You will also communicate effectively with team members, clients, and consultants; ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations; support architects in construction contract administration; and monitor company performance and financial reports. The role requires the ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Minimum Requirements :Master’s degree in Architecture 24 months of training in AutoCAD and CADD 36 months of experience as an Architect Director Proficiency in AutoCAD and CADD technology

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and direct a team. Alternative Requirements

Employer will also consider applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, combined with 24 months of training in AutoCAD, CADD, and/or 3D modeling (in-job training accepted) and 24 months of relevant employment experience. Occasional travel within Florida is required based on project needs — typically for site visits, meetings, or on-site supervision. Frequency is approximately 6 to 12 times per year and is not a weekly or permanent commitment.
