NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING AND WORKSHOP
HARMONY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A budget workshop of the Board of Supervisors of the Harmony Community Development District (District) will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM at the Su Mesa Caf at 7250 Harmony Sq Dr S, Harmony, FL 34773. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the proposed budget for FY 2026-2027 and discuss any other matters. The board will also hold their regular meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the same location. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct any and all business coming before the Board of Supervisors.
The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager by mail at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando Florida 32817 or by telephone at (407) 723-5900, or by visiting the Districts website at https://harmonycdd.org/. The meeting and/or workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting or workshop.
Information about how the meeting and workshop will be held and instructions for participating may be obtained by contacting the District Managers Office at (407) 723-5900 or MullinsL@pfm.com . Additionally, participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Managers Office in advance to facilitate consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
