I, HERNANDEZ TAYLOR, a Alabama National declare, state and verify before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath desposes and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of OKLAHOMA CITY, County of OKLAHOMA, State of OKLAHOMA, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 6608 N WESTERN AVENUE OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, and that he formerly resided at 800 FORREST AVENUE (city) GADSDEN (state) ALABAMA, but that his abode in Oklahoma constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorial upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner (HERNANDEZ TAYLOR), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he/she is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (HERNANDEZ TAYLOR) as having attained the age of majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the LEGATUM COLOSSALE EXPRESS TRUST holds claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 24039953-1, dated May 31, 2024. Affiant further declares that HERNANDEZ TAYLOR or the HERNANDEZ MARTEZ FAMILY OF TAYLOR ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Oklahoma, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
