The City of Gulf Breeze is accepting online proposals through QuestCDN.com until 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from qualified firms to provide a chemical lawn-care treatment program for three service areas, totaling approximately 1,018,355 square feet. The City intends to establish a contract through this solicitation to ensure a consistent, safe, compliant, and effective turf chemical treatment program across the designated service areas.

The solicitation package and all pertinent information will be available beginning April 23, 2026, by visiting http://cityofgulfbreeze.us/request-for-proposals/. Downloading documentation and submitting a proposal for the project requires registration with QuestCDN and payment of applicable fees. Documentation may be viewed at no charge.

The City of Gulf Breeze reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals, waive informalities, and re-advertise in the best interest of the City. Proposers shall comply with the solicitations Cone of Silence and communication restrictions.
