PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.380(3)(A), FLORIDA STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF ORLANDO (CITY) AND THE CITYS COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN ORLANDO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA. AS PART OF THE CITYS EFFORT TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THREE (3) SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES WERE RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED ON THREE (3) LOTS. EACH HOME WILL BE SOLD FOR $380,000 TO AN OWNER-OCCUPANT, FIRST TIME HOME BUYER OR FIRST RESPONDER (LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, FIREFIGHTER, EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN OR PARAMEDIC) EARNING UP TO 140 % OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME, AS DETERMINED BY THE FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION FOR RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY. QUALIFICATION FOR FIRST MORTGAGE FINANCING OF AT LEAST $225,000 FROM A CITY CERTIFIED LENDER IS REQUIRED.
