PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, invites interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitively sealed proposals in response to IFB 25/26-13, NWRF Electrical Room Improvements as outlined in the IFB solicitation document.

The bidder shall make themselves familiar with NWRF E. Side Electrical Room Improvements at 1201 W. Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and vehicles necessary to perform the duties of this solicitation if awarded a contract. The IFB solicitation document is available to download from My VendorLink website at https://www.myvendorlink.com Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing through VendorLink no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.

Sealed responses shall be submitted to the City of Sanford, Attention: Purchasing Division, located at 300 N. Park Avenue Suite 243 2 nd Floor Sanford, Florida 32771 no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Online submissions are available.
