Final Judgment was awarded on April 18, 2026 in Civil Case No. CACE25003225, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein, SELENE FINANCE, LP is the Plaintiff, and FARAH KOSTAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FARAH KOSTAS; VENTNOR "I" CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENCLUB RECREATION MANAGEMENT, INC A/K/A CENCLUB HOMEOWNERS; CVE MASTER MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
