The Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (COMMISSION) is seeking bids from a licensed and insured painting contractor to paint buildings and structures. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, lifts and tools necessary to perform the

work. The contractors bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes and regulations.
