REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

MUNICIPAL ATTORNEY SERVICES

The Town of Ebro, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms licensed to practice law in the State of Florida to serve as Municipal Attorney.

Interested parties may obtain the full Request for Proposals by contacting the Town Clerk

Proposals must be submitted no later than: 2:00 PM on June 3, 2026

Prior Respondents:

Firms that previously submitted a proposal may either:

1. Submit a new proposal in response to this re-advertised RFP, or

2. Submit a written statement confirming their desire to have their prior proposal considered under this re-advertised RFP

The Town of Ebro reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
