NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF LANDOWNERS OF RANGER DRAINAGE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all owners of land located within the boundaries of RANGER DRAINAGE DISTRICT that pursuant to applicable laws, a meeting of the landowners of RANGER DRAINAGE DISTRICT will be held at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Ranger Drainage District office located at 19950 Nugent Street, Orlando, Florida, for the purpose of:

1. Annual election of one Supervisor for a three year term.

2. Voting upon compensation to be paid to the Supervisors for performance of their obligations as permitted by applicable law.

3. Receiving annual reports and taking such action with respect thereto as may be determined.

4. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

NOTE: Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made by the District with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
