NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that the City of Belle Isle Planning & Zoning Board will hold an in-person public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the following Ordinance for approval:

ORDINANCE NO 26-02 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BELLE ISLE, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE 2026-2035 WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES WORK PLAN AND AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT OF THE CITY OF BELLE ISLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REFERENCE THE SAME; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
