Gulfstream Towers is processing a new application for the installation of a 250 ft. AGL (285 ft. AMSL) lattice communications tower to be located at 290322.11N, 811106.57W. The physical location of the proposed structure is Old Sawmill Rd., Deland (Volusia County), FL 32724. As a condition to the FAA determination, the structure is to be marked/lighted with a medium-dual system in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 70/7460-1 M Change 1, Obstruction Marking and Lighting- Chapters 4, 8 (M-Dual) and 15. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number listed below. Comments are sought regarding any environmental concerns about this project, particularly any specific reasons that the tower may have a significant environmental effect pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.1307. Interested persons may file a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days of the date on which this notice is published.
