MEETING NOTICE OF THE OSCEOLA COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Osceola County Housing Finance Authority (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds Series [to be designated] (Fortune Road Apartments) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $55,200,000 (the "Bonds"). The proceeds of the Bonds would be used to finance the acquisition and construction by the owner, Fortune Road Apartments Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, of the following rental project:

Fortune Road Apartments
Northwest corner of Fortune Road and Lakeside Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34744.
Not to exceed $55.2 million for an approximately 312-unit affordable rental facility targeted to low, middle and moderate income households.
The public hearing will be held at the following time and location:

Interested persons are invited to submit written comments or present oral comments at the hearing regarding the proposed issuance of the Bonds. Written comment should be received by the Authority on or before Thursday, May 28, 2026.
Oral comments will be limited to no more than 10 minutes per person. Written comment or notice of intent to present oral comments should be directed to:
