NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday June 8, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall,1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 1458

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, A PART OF ARTICLE 1 OF MAITLAND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATE NORTH OF MAITLAND BOULEVARD AND WEST OF TRELAGO WAY, FURTHER DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT 6 OF MAITLAND CONCOURSE NORTH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.

Public inspection of the proposed ordinance is available, Monday Thursday 7:00 A.M. 6:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, FL 32751.
