LEGAL ADVERTISMENT

The Washington County School Board is accepting sealed bids for petroleum products necessary for the operation of county-owned buses and vehicles for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.

Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the Washington County School Board Office, 750 Sinclair Street, Chipley, Florida 32428, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked Bid on Petroleum Products Bid #26-17 and delivered to the Superintendents Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026. Bids will be opened at that time and will be formally presented for Board action at the regular meeting of the Board on July 13, 2026.

The Washington County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process whenever such action is determined to be in the best interest of the District.
