NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated on or April 14, 2026 and entered in Case No. 282025CA000590GCAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida where CITY OF SEBRING, is the Plaintiff and BAIN WELLINGTON HOLDINGS, LLC, is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Jury Assembly Room in the Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870 at 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2026 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
THE NORTHEASTERLY HALF OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 188, OF WOODLAWN TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 96, AND IN TRANSCRIPT BOOK 1, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHERN MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 AT THE INTERSECTION OF EDGEMOOR AVENUE AND EVANSTON STREET, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 11 AND 12 ON EDGEMOOR AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 10 AND 11 A DISTANCE OF 74.3 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 1, 2, 11, AND 12, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12 ON EVANSTON STREET, RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUDNARY OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
