Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Winter Park, Florida, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter at Winter Park City Hall at 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida. In lieu of physically attending in person, members of the public may participate in this meeting by attending virtually by following the instructions located at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/. You may contact the City Clerks Office at 407-599-3277 for assistance in setting up virtual attendance of the meeting.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA ADOPTING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLABLES COLLECTION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WINTER PARK AND WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT AND MAKE OTHER AMENDMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (2nd Reading)

Additional information is available on the Citys website at www.cityofwinterpark.org so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue. "If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based."
