NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT

The Valencia College District Board of Trustees announces that rule development is taking place as follows:

SUBJECT: Policy 6Hx28: 2-02 Workplace Accommodation for Applicants and Employees

Policy 6Hx28: 2-08 Accommodation of Religious Observances

Policy 6Hx28: 5-10 Procurement Requirements for Commodities and Services

Policy 6Hx28; 10-09 Child Abuse Reporting

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Amend the above referenced policies to comply with current laws, college practices, and maintain consistency with the Colleges mission.
