REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

CITRUS COUNTY ACTUARIAL SERVICES FOR OTHER POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

Citrus County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller invites interested qualified parties to solicit proposals to provide investment management services for the Countys investment portfolio, as well as providing recommendations to the County regarding its current policy, to maximize yield while ensuring preservation of capital and liquidity.

SEALED Proposals are to be submitted on or before July 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T.

SEALED Proposals shall be opened on July 10, 2026, at 2:15 PM E.S.T. The Public Opening of the sealed Proposals shall be held at the Citrus County Clerks Office Annex, Financial Services, 120 N. Montgomery Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450. Since qualifications as well as pricing will be evaluated in determining an award, the only information conveyed at the Public Opening will be the names of Respondents.

Public Tally: The Individual Scorers review of the Proposals will publicly be opened and read aloud on July 22, 2026 at 3:00PM (subject to Change). The Public Opening shall be held at the Clerks Annex, Internal Audit Conference Room, located at 120 N. Montgomery Avenue, Inverness, Florida 34450.
