A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Planning Board, City of Orlando, on TUESDAY, June 16, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in City Council Chambers, 400 S. Abandonment Approximately 0.15 acres located adjacent to 3715 Edgewater Dr. Abandonment of the last segment of Rockmont Ct. (part of the overall Bishop Moore High School campus) [Case # ABN2026-10001]. 2) FirstPark Agricultural Use Approximately 135.2 acres located at the southern terminus of Vista Reserve Blvd. Conditional Use Permit to allow an agricultural use in the Vista Commerce Park PD (default I-P zoning) [Case # CUP2026-10006]. 3) 1212 Woodward St. Approximately 0.55 acres located at 1212 Woodward St. Master Plan to allow a 7-story parking garage with ground floor retail [Case # MPL2026-10005]. 4) Warehouse development Approximately 33.5 acres located at 998 N. John Young Pkwy. Master Plan to allow the development of 2 new warehouse buildings totaling 282,380 sq. ft. [Case #MPL2026-10023]. 5) Multi-Family Approximately 1.5 acres located at 1000 N. Orange Ave. Master Plan for a 7-story multi-family development with 300 dwelling units [Case # MPL2026-10025]. 6) Averitt Truck Yard and Warehouse Expansion Approximately 23.9 acres located at 11125 Palmbay Dr. Master Plan for a phased Averitt truck-trailer yard and warehouse expansion [Case # MPL2026-10026]. 7) Affordable Housing Approximately 8.6 acres located at 2510 Gulfstream Rd. Rezoning from R-1A to R-3A for an affordable housing project of 100 units [Case # ZON2026-10003]. 8) Cambria Suites Approximately 0.6 acres located at 170 E. Washington St. Planned Development amendment proposing 252 dwelling units with 221 hotel rooms or approximately 135,000 sq. ft. of office / retail space of thirty-seven (37) stories in height, and a building height of up to four hundred and twenty feet (425) above grade (525 NAVD) [Case # ZON2026-10004].
