NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on June 30, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding a request by:

Consideration: Request to rezone from A-2 (Farmland Rural District) to R-2 Restricted (Residential District) in order to construct a duplex. Please note: this item was heard at the May 19th Board hearing where the request was advertised for just one home. The applicant has revised the request to the original request (a duplex). Therefore, the item was continued to June 30th so that it could be properly advertised as a request to construct a duplex; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 30
